Costs
The EC2E2N project will cover accommodation costs for up to 3 nights, lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and dinner on Wednesday, Friday evenings, for all EC2E2N working groupmembers and one person from all EC2E2N partners who have no working group members.
EC2E2N will not reimburse any travel costs or other expenses except in exceptional circumstances. It is suggested that participants should request travel costs from their university Lifelong Learning Programme Contract (organisation of student mobility) if possible. The plenary meeting is an excellent opportunity to discuss student exchanges.

Accompanying persons will be charged a fee of € 120.This charge will cover the extra cost of accommodation (double room) and breakfast for up to 3 nights, evening meal on Wednesday 15th and the conference dinner on Friday 16th April. It does NOT include any lunches and coffee breaks. This extra fee should be paid in cash on arrival at the registration desk.
Language
The official language of the conference will be English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Passport and Visas
The visa requirement is waived for citizens of EU member states, countries of the European Economic area and countries explicitly exempted from the visa obligation.
Participants should check regarding visa requirements for travel to France. Applications should be made to the nearest French Embassy or Consulate as soon as possible.
Liability and insurance
The Conference Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, loss of belongings or damage to private property of participants or accompanying persons that may unfortunately happen during the EC2E2N Annual Conference. Participants are recommended to arrange for their personal travel and health and prorety insurance before they leave their country.
Climate
The weather in Montpellier in April is usually mild (14-18°C). However spring showers can be expected, so a raincoat and/or an umbrella are advisable. The weather forecast can be checked on line Here.
